“HIGHLY recommend. I just picked up my car and could not be more happy with the service. This location has incredible employees who are kind, efficient, trustworthy and fair. I am always uneasy trying a new auto shop but being new to the area and miles away from my hometown shop in N.H. I was forced to look for an option down here. Luckily, I chose this Mavis location and felt at ease the moment I walked in and was greeted by Jonathan. He listened to my concern, was honest about the amount of time it would take to evaluate given their busy schedule (because everyone loves them!!) and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I also witnessed him tell another customer that they did not actually need the service that another shop had tried to scam them into instead of taking the business for himself which speaks volumes about his character and trustworthiness. They did a thorough check to make sure everything was in good shape not just the original concern i had which was greatly appreciated as i drive long distances often. I ended up needing to address my initial concern and I could not have been more impressed with their incredibly fair prices and efforts to keep my costs down. Jonathan called me and walked me through the detailed billing info before starting any work. It was awesome to have the breakdown and knowledge instead of going in somewhat blindly. The work is excellent and my car is in fantastic shape thanks to Jonathan and his team! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!”

I brought it to them and took three weeks but now we installed it today and it runs great and is quieter than it has ever been. My Dental repair technician said it is the quietest he has ever heard one of them run. They replaced the bearings and a seal and obviously did a great job. Highly recommend them.”
