The team at ON CALL TITLE is incredible. Excellent customer service, friendly staff and reasonable prices make this place the ONLY place to go. I got my commercial truck registration in one week with no hassles. Great job!

These ladies at On Call Title Services have it down! One failed trip to the DMV, versus 5 items at once, 3 of which went through without a hitch, the 4th will be done next week. Much better batting average than with the DMV, who was also rude and dismissive. I will ABSOLUTELY be using their service again!

Went to DMV 3 times over the course of a month trying to get my motorcycle registered, each time they claimed there was a problem with my title, very frustrating. I stopped by On Call explained the problem. Two days later they called me to pick up my plates and registration! Amazing service, highly recommended! Thank you!

i would like to say i never bought a car out of state therefore i did not know there were certain protocols regarding new York state registration. Ms. Anderson did a terrific job with helping to get my car register in a timely fashion, although i know i got on her nerve calling LOL but i was concern. she kept her word and delivered the goods sending my plates and registration to me via FedEx overnight, thank you Ms. Anderson and your staff you are the best!!!
