I called Matt with the huge problem I created myself, he showed up at my home in 30 minutes!
He managed to make the repair in my my shower that I had so royally screwed up in feeble attempt to tackle this on my my own..
these guys did a really good job, and their prices were absolutely reasonable, for once I was happy to pay! Thanks A lot for coming through so quickly and handling it even faster than it took for you guys to show up. Sorry about the dog. Next time I will definitely call you guys

Based on a recommendation, I called Matt Carr of Preferred Plumbing to fix some issues with my steam and hot water radiator systems. I was very satisfied with his work. Have called him a few times since then to do more work and not just hvac. He installed a backup sump pump and a vent pipe to the roof.
Again, very happy with his work and quite reasonable. And he really knows how to fix these types of issues!

We were experiencing a water backup with our main water line. The soonest scheduled appointment wasn't until 5 days from when it started, however Matt and his team were able to squeeze in time on TWO separate days to make sure we were alright ASAP. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Reasonably priced and they did not try to sell anything that did not need fixing. Highly recommended!!!
