“A typical mom and pop bakery with a European touch. The lady behind the counter is Polish and was very helpful. Their seven layer cake is awesome. This is not high end bakery but it still is a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Friendly people and very affordable prices. Loved my visit and my great conversation with the Polish lady was one of the main reasons why I will remember this place fondly.”

“As a former athlete and someone who works hard at staying strong and in shape, I have had my fair share of injuries in different parts of my body over the years. I've also had many experiences with many different physical therapy clinics & unfortunately, not all have been good. I have had a few that have been great, however, and this was one of them. Overall, the staff at Health and Fitness is very warm, friendly and accommodating. I had no trouble rescheduling, pushing or canceling appointments and was met with nothing but kindness when doing so. Elise and Crystal were the two main people I spoke with when scheduling appointments and they couldn't have been nicer. I was treated by Drs. Alex & Igor for my injuries. Both were extremely knowledgeable & very good at explaining the inner workings of my injuries and what I needed to do to get better. I had lots of questions that they were able to answer with confidence and conviction. I couldn't have been happier with the experience and will definitely be recommending Health and Fitness to anyone I know.”
