I worked with Diane and her team at The Carpet Girl about 2 1/2 years ago for a stair runner selection and install. Here's how it went...Perfectly
1. Diane walked me through my options based on price, durability, availability, etc.
2. Measurements for the project were promptly taken.
3. I was allowed to bring a number of samples home to view in my space
4. Once I narrowed my selection down she guided (not pushed) me towards the best decision based on my budget and taste.
5. Her trusted installation team arrived on time and got to work.
6. When questions arose they sought clarification rather than assuming they knew what I preferred.
7. Two plus years later, despite having two young children and everything that entails, our stair runner literally looks and feels the same as the day it was installed.
Without a doubt we will be using Dianne and her tram for ALL of our carpet needs and I strongly suggest you do the same.
Our contractor, The Millennial Remodel, referred us at the start of our basement remodel. They were very friendly, flexible, and product knowledgeable. They really took the time to help us come to a decision and a product we would love! Jen was so very sweet. Very appreciative for the attentiveness and follow up. The installer did an amazing job. We’re so glad our son will be able to crawl around on our new carpet and we look forward to enjoying our new cozy space as a family. Thank you to the Carpet Girl!
Working with The Carpet Girl was easier than most of the renovation projects I have had done. The project was completed on time and to my satisfaction. The installers were professional and hard workers. The quote was for one day installation and they started at 10 a.m. and completed everything by 7 p.m.
With the initial consultation, the owner and the project manager listened and asked pertinent question. My concerns were with safety and noise reduction, and all my concerns were met. The project required two different types of flooring within one space and a safe transition between the areas. They did an excellent job.
Renovating in a post Covid world is different and it's necessary to re-evaluate expectations. Lead times are longer, prices for goods, labor and delivery have increased, and the selection is smaller. The folks at The Carpet Girl are conscientious and take pains to insure they can deliver what they sell.
This was a positive experience and I recommend this business.
Getting our runners from The Carpet Girl for our two staircases and upstairs hall literally changed our comfort level in our home overnight! After three nasty falls (two for my wife, one for me) down the slick hardwood steps of our new house, we knew getting a runner would be essential. We just didn’t expect how much extra comfort we would derive from not even thinking about going up or down stairs anymore. Dianne and her staff were great to work with. So knowledgeable and incredibly patient with us as we worked to find the perfect material for our color and softness preferences. We’ll be using them again for an upcoming additional carpet need. And lastly, don’t just take our word for it, take a peek at how life changing it has been for our dog, Campbell.
What an absolutely awesome experience. Diane Grossman and her team made buying and installing carpet for my company a breeze.
Dianne served as a patient advisor as we selected the carpet tiles while Jenn organized the entire install with seamless effort. The installers topped off the experience with their wit, professionalism and fast service.
We had arranged the install project on a Sunday so as not to interfere with our 6-days of retail business. Jenn told me the installers would call/text me 30 minutes before they arrived so I could just scoot down with our building manager and GM. At 9:30 am, I contacted our building manager and asked had he heard anything yet. He responded that the installers had arrived at 8:00 am and were almost finished. I hopped in my car, arrived by 10:00 am to see the installers stapling the last pieces. Our building manager said (repeatedly) that the entire process was “stupid easy.” Our GM said this was an “easy one,” (and he doesn’t impress easily).
The Carpet Girl Team Rocks!
