(February 11, 2019, 8:31 pm)AMP is a great studio with a perfect atmosphere to decompress and practice yoga or even to begin practicing. The owner is very welcoming and she holds a variety of classes to partake in. Recommend Core Yoga! Awakens the abdomen, lower back, and hips while also providing a regular yoga flow and stretch.

Not only do you leave feeling stronger, more flexible, grounded and happy but you will learn something new every time. Just when I think I’m getting pretty good at a particular pose, the teacher will point out something different and I get even better! I really look forward to every single class I take. If you’re looking for a new yoga studio or something great to add to your regular workouts, I highly recommend AMP. It’s just fantastic.
(June 24, 2018, 2:00 pm)I'm so happy I made the decision to walk into AMP and finally try yoga. Ginny is welcoming, encouraging and non-judgmental. These are qualities I have seen in all of the teachers here. Not only has my body changed but my confidence has improved, too. This is a pretty studio with friendly and fun people... and there's even chocolate!
