  We loved our stay here. The close proximity to everything we needed and the helpful staff was perfect!
  We would definitely stay here again if/when in the area.

  Everything about this place was amazing!! Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The entire building smelled cleaner than any hotel I've ever been in. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but the amenities of this location made up for it!

  I stayed here during the weekend because my home was without water after the freeze. Most of the hotel employees were nice and helpful.
  
  Then I got ready to leave. My checkout time was 11 am but I got a knock at 9am from housekeeping. She was nice & said she'd come back later.
  
  Then as I was walking out to my car with my bag this morning, Feb 22, the desk clerk chased after me out the door asking for my room number because of housekeeping. A) it was only about 10:30 am. B) housekeeping is not a guests concern or a good reason to go chasing after someone yelling for their room number. C) I heard a different desk clerk the day before telling another guest the latest they could check out was 1pm so I know housekeeping was going to be there a while. D) the hotel wasn't full nor were they desperate for the room even with a lot of people having issues with their homes.
  
  When I went to check out he wasn't even at the desk.
  
  Everyone else was very nice except the man this morning.

  Home2 staff, Roland, Stacey, Dean, Jeff and the cleaning ladies were just amazing during the biggest winter storm in Dallas this week. It amazed me to see their resilience, positivity, friendly service during the chaotic week along with the crazy rolling power blackout... Many times they apologized about the inconvenience; however, it was outside their control. They made us feel safe, warm.... like a family taking care of each other. Hats off to an amazing team and for making their guest feel so especial.
