  Michael Tag went completely out of his way and took the time to speak to me at a novice level which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend both Michael and Sam Ash in Springfield, NJ!

  Took my instrument into the shop about eight days ago. The technician repaired it and I received a call letting me know when to pick it up. Service was great from drop off to pick up. And the price of the repairs was reasonable too!

  George the salesman was very helpful, showed me all the options, and gave me some sound advice. Then, there were two other men who helped me get my drum kit into the car. Excellent service.

  It's a great place. Plenty of great staff and people. The tech is a very big help (and a Death fan). I've bought a few guitars and effects from here. My one issue is an employee. I don't remember his name off the top of my head, but he's an older fellow with longer grey hair and double chin. He always seems to be agitated and very rude, I actively avoid him as much as possible. It's what's keeping this place from a 5. They have amazing clinics and gear.

  Used to be a GC guy until I cross route 22 in Springfield NJ. Now the only thing that I can say about SAMASH is “CONGRATULATIONS GUYS” you really know how to please people.
