(November 27, 2018, 4:39 pm)A large book store with Starbucks, you can find some deals and bestsellers, reference book selection is adequate. Good media and children sections, but the decor is dated and the sitting options are limited (perhaps they were redecorating when I last visited). Staff is also hard to find for assistance in locating books.

(August 31, 2018, 11:12 pm)As soon as I walked into the store I went to the customer service desk and asked for help finding a certain book. She (I wish I remembered her name) quickly guided me to the proper shelf and couldn't be more helpful! I went to the cashier, and he greeted me with a cheerful smile and thanked me for shopping here. I felt like a VIP! A very positive and professional atmosphere. Thanks for a great visit and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again!
(August 28, 2018, 10:52 am)Love the environment here. My boyfriend and I come for date nights before a movie at the amc across the street. The staff is so nice and always makes sure we get the best price as members. I kind of wish they hosted a book club or social in the cafe. We would definitely participate.
