(February 8, 2022, 1:44 pm)I have lived at The Parc at Summit for just over a year now and it is a wonderful place to live. The renovated units are beautifully updated, there is a gym on site and parking is convenient. It's a great location with just a five or so minute walk to downtown Summit. Debbie Casale has been a pleasure to work with -- she is always available to answer questions or help with needs as they arise. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
(April 15, 2021, 11:00 pm)I moved into Parc at Summit as one of the first residents under AION management. Kimberly (property manager) has been incredible.
The units are updated and spacious. I’ve never had an issue with parking. They also recently installed a gym, dog park, grill, and outdoor fireplace.
Downtown Summit is walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. This is the perfect place for a couple or young family.
