Three years ago Jesus Garcia helped me purchase a vehicle and this past weekend he helped me once again. I cannot express how amazing he was and how thorough and helpful he was throughout the entire process. Within one day I purchased my vehicle and could not be happier. After all these years I knew he was still the person to see. I recommended everyone to see Jesus when shopping for their next car!! And shoutout to Henry with the financing department. He made sure to explain everything in detail and guide me through each step. And how could I forget Henry in delivery/ technology? He showed me how to use all of the different things my car has to offer. Thankful for Smythe Volvo and everyone who helped me purchase my Volvo XC40!

Can’t say enough amazing things about Smythe!! I called the day before coming in to purchase an XC90. Within minutes of speaking, and sending in the necessary documents, Alon sent me over an approval as well as a deal in place. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by Alon my sales person, as well as Henry. Henry explained each feature of my vehicle and made sure I did not have any questions. Francine in Finance was also amazing! She was certain to explain all the Paperwork prior to sign, and had me in and out in 10 minutes! Overall, the experience as a whole took 30-45 minutes. The entire staff has an impressive attention to detail and provides impeccable customer service!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a New or pre owned vehicle!

I had a great experience at Smythe Volvo, this was one of the easiest dealerships I have worked with. Everyone involved in the process, from Amanda in internet, Stephen in sales, Francine in finance, Henry in delivery, and the front desk were excellent. Everyone was very helpful and efficient, but also made sure that everything was covered, and all questions answered. Stephen was very transparent with the sales process and made sure the sales and customer service experience were amazing. Henry did a great job in explaining the vehicle in detail and going over all the features with me and was patient in answering all questions. I highly recommend visiting Stephen at Smythe Volvo.

The BEST dealership I have ever done business with - hands down. I originally contacted them online and they got in touch with me right away. The staff is great! I have to say they are straight forward and transparent. The experience was seamless. Shaun was great to deal with and I highly recommend him! I absolutely love my vehicle. Seriously, I went other places - don't waste your time. Just go to Smythe - they are a rarity.

My wife and I have been looking for a Volvo XC60 for the past year and came across one of the vehicles at Smythe Volvo that had everything we needed and wanted in a car. Since we are a little over 2hrs away, I called to see what our next steps would be. From the very start of the process, Shaun was absolutely fantastic.
