Life Station was used for approx 3 or more years for my mother and I felt very secure with them. I would recommend Life Station. I would have given Life Station 5 stars except for one thing. We had just paid Mom's bill which covered her through November but she passed on August 18. Life Station would return any of our monies for the time after Mom passed. That I did not like.

I have always had a immediate reply and help arrived as soon as they could get there. They are always very helpful. They stay on the phone with you until the help arrives,

I never planned on becoming disabled at 52 but it happened and for me and my family Lifeline has become our protector. No one has to worry anymore. Thank you!

My friend had the "fall detection" necklace for quite a while but we upgraded to fall detection plus GPS locator recently. The only problem is that the new one requires a 3 hour charge every day and she doesn't always remember to put it around her neck again. The old one didn't need charging. I'll be thrilled if you develop a "no charge required" GPS fob. Customer Service is always helpful and responsive.
