“After my S4 was run over by at least one car, my only hope was that just the screen was shattered, and everything else was good. Even though the phone is from 2013, I am very attached to it and have no intention of getting a new one. In addition to the new screen, it also needed a new back cover and Otterbox. I was able to get those two items online. The fact that the screen was replaced quickly, and I was made aware of what else was needed was great. It's just like most cleaners business, nothing out of the norm. Just like all cleaners, you can't always satisfy everyone as you can tell by some of the reviews.
