Great environment, great instruction. I felt at home from my first class. Professor Sheridan leads by example and was so pleased with my experience that I signed up my 5 year old to start taking classes as well.
Lots of classes all times of day, plenty of opportunities to train.

My son started a few months ago. He absolutely enjoys it and looks forward to the classes all the time. Coaches are great. It’s a great time to take an hour away from your busy schedule as a parent and just watch your child grow and have fun.

My kids have been coming here for years. Coach Alex, is really great with kids of all ages. He's able to break down the techniques, and movement really well, for the students to learn and understand. Classes are fun, and very exciting for all participants. Great workout.

Great school. Kids program is awesome. My son has been at the school for the last three months and he loves going to class.
