“I can not brag enough about the owner and his son. I was a tenant for six years. John Appice went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. John Appice is like a hotel concierge. I literally felt like I was living in the Hilton Hotel, with John Appicie as my landlord. There was nothing that John Appicie could not deliver. He responded to all and any of my requests in a timely manner. John even let me and my family go to Sherman Williams and pick out paint colors for the beautiful house he purchased for me and my family.”

Great and kind owner the only thing was the cards were a little pricey but I get he had to make a living and the inflated prices of the product at the time I bought for my birthday (Topps Series 2) but the costumer service was great and I hope I can bring in some cards of mine and ask his opinion on whether or not I should get them graded. He was very polite and professional and I am looking forward to coming back soon. I highly recommend. And the fun little raffles are a plus too!!”
