I was there last week and Michael M. helped me. Not only was he knowledgeable, he even showed me new features on the app on my phone and how to set up Apple Pay so I could use my chase card since I didn’t have it. He took the time to answer my quest and I didn’t feel rushed at all.
Everyone at the branch seemed very nice as well.

I experienced fantastic customer service today, 10/26/2021, at this branch. Camilo Gomez assisted me in opening up a new account. He was creative and aggressive in putting me in the best position possible to make my money grow. He thought outside-the-box and efficiently answered all of my questions. In addition, the teller Chloe was probably the hardest working teller I've seen in 30 years of banking. I thought she had 4 arms and 3 legs she was working so hard today. Give that girl a raise Chase Bank!!
