“The manager in the main office is stern, but she knows what she is doing and helps if you ask. The apartments are also well maintained and have central air which is a huge plus. During the few times that I needed repairs/maintenance, the supervisor on site was very quick, helpful, and professional. There is also on-site laundry which is very inexpensive, although it is difficult to reload the laundry card. The only downside is a higher price than most similar apartments, but that is to be expected in an area such as this.”

She had referred me to Keypoint Mortgage LLC, it's located in Springfield, NJ. OMG! The whole office is hot mess of lies, starts from Senior Loan officers to President... As a result, my transaction failed and move onto different place. Things were very satisfied. Feel bad for Elia that her mortgage reps waste her three and half months in gas, and stress. Overall, Elia Daudin was great to work with and I had learned a lot from her. But, she has to change her surroundings.”
