Very professional and quick help

Had some leaky valve covers causing my wires and spark plugs to be soaked in oil. They fixed it right up and car runs better than ever. Fair price and friendly staff. It should be noted I had a minor issue when they returned the car to me which seems like a negative. However, they were really understanding and made a quick adjustment the next day and problem was mitigated in 15-20 mins with no extra charge. As long as I live around here I will trustingly take my vehicle there.

We have been taking our cars to Mark for years. He and his guys know what they’re doing! They explain things in a way that is very easy to understand, and I can always count on their work being thorough.

These folks are friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came in with a transmission problem technically out of warranty (okay by time, over by miles). They worked with me and the originating store to reach a fair arrangement. When I left, transmission was working better than I had ever seen it. Had some symptoms a day later (common - residual sludge from prior issue), and I was a couple hours away. They guessed at the correct diagnosis and worked with me by phone to resolve. Turnaround a day slower than initially promised, but given the intershop communications, not out of line. Thank you!!

I submitted an estimate request and within two hours Mark (Hackettstown) replied with an extremely reasonable offering. His diligence, customer service and speed made getting my car back on the road easy and quick. I'm back to making money at work without hassle thanks to Mark. This whole situation could've been a week long endeavor. Mark took 24 hours from first contact to completion.
