“Doctor Caruthers is the perfect example of a professional. I never have an issue with scheduling, he always makes a point to see me at the most convenient time for ME. I have been visiting him for over a year now and he has helped me get my issues under control. I now have a positive light at the end of the tunnel and I can see it now because Doctor C. has been right there with me the whole time. I’m not sure I’d be where I am today without him. “Had some leaky valve covers causing my wires and spark plugs to be soaked in oil. They fixed it right up and car runs better than ever. Fair price and friendly staff. It should be noted I had a minor issue when they returned the car to me which seems like a negative. However, they were really understanding and made a quick adjustment the next day and problem was mitigated in 15-20 mins with no extra charge. As long as I live around here I will trustingly take my vehicle there.”

“Over the course of the last 10 months my BMW X5 has been both serviced and had two major repairs performed (necessitated by accidents) by Xellence Motor Service & Repair in Hackettstown, NJ. Owner, Luis Penaloza, is an expert, BMW and Porsche factory-trained, ASE certified technician who I have found to be "best of breed" when compared to so many others I have used over my nearly 50 years as a licensed driver. The knowledge, professionalism, levels of service, integrity and courtesy demonstrated by both he and his staff not only impressed me beyond words, but also saved me thousands of dollars vs. recent and prior experiences I have had with either dealerships and/or several other automotive service or repair shops I have utilized over the years. Luis goes the extra mile in all regards , which, , in turn , reduces headaches, hassles and makes for a very happy customer as well as a properly serviced or repaired vehicle. In fact,, he recently has corrected shoddy repair work and either poor or incomplete service work that was performed by other shops, again saving me $$$ and unnecessary problems down the road. Xellence delivers big time when it comes to providing accurate estimates, timely and impeccable workmanship and the sort of old school customer service that should be the norm for we consumers, but is increasingly difficult to find in today's marketplace. Thank you Luis and Jose for meticulously restoring my vehicle to A-1 condition, saving me time and money in the process and for sharing with me the first class treatment I now know that you extend to all of your customers.
