  The Nak Muay Gym has been great for both myself and my 5 year old son. I go to kickboxing while he goes to Muay Thai and it works out perfectly. The staff is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and so friendly!
  
  Neither my son nor I have ever taken classes like this. I see all skill levels at Nak Muay Gym. Great place for the novice to advanced.

  Most times when you join a gym, you hear things like "our encouraging staff" "work at your own pace" or "Family atmosphere", and in most cases they are buzz words used to make the potential customer feel comfortable and at ease. They never live up to that. The difference is that at Nak Muay, those things are true.
  
  Each instructor truly cares about your progression and development of skill. They teach you to take pride in and respect the arts that they are teaching.
  You get to know your classmates and develop relationships that are strengthened though the training that your receive from the expert staff.
  
  And most importantly, the atmosphere is warm, jovial and welcoming. You won't find a face without a smile, or anyone that doesn't greet you by name. When you are trying to learn a technique, your instructors will do whatever it takes to impart their knowledge to you.

  Generally I only write a review when I have a bad experience but that's not the case here. Talk about a phenomenal workout. I have always been athletic and I played collegiate lacrosse for The Ohio State University. I have never had much luck with conventional gyms, they just don't hold my interest. I have been taking kickboxing classes 2-3x a week and Muay Thai 2 x per week. I love it here and I look forward to my workouts as it's my personal time for myself. My time is very valuable to me being a mother of 2 and working full time. The staff and coaches are top notch. They pride themselves on proper techniques and education of the sport. There is no pressure from the staff or students because everyone works at their own pace. I would highly recommend the facility to any of my close and personal friends. Who doesn't want to be a ninja?
