“I saw some odd / unprofessional behavior at this branch. Earlier this week I saw one of your employees (long black hair) taking a picture of one of your customers in the drive through. She was using her personal phone to do so. Another time this same teller began gossiping with her coworker about a customer who had just departed the lobby. This was in view of the other branch employees and other customers. It makes me nervous for the discretion of my families finances when employees begin to behave in this manner. I’ve always found the ever changing staff to be uniformly very kind, friendly and accommodating to the fullest extent that a branch office of large bank of this kind can be. I’ve dealt with all points of contact, drive in and walk in tellers up through management level; the service and attitude of staff is exemplary. Being in the retail sector for my entire professional life, I’ve expeienced plenty of harrowing retail ‘service’ (or lack therof). I’ve never seen anyone treat others in any way other than with kindness , helpfulness and friendliness, I’m writing to offset what seem a few sketchy remarks that lack specifics that, once again I’ve never seen in over two decades of regular visits to PNC Mahwah branch.”
