“My first time having Cold Stone was at Great Adventure 5-6 years ago. There freeze dried ice cream was excellent. Last year there ice cream bus drove threw my neighborhood at least twice. By time I got my wallet the bus was gone. I forgot there is a store in Holmdel, I stopped in this morning. I picked up a medium chocolate fudge Sunday, I am glad that the quality didn't change after so many years. My hat off to you, two thumbs up. “I shop at this store periodically. On my last visit, after charging my purchase, I put the card in my wallet and seem to have dropped the wallet in the store. When I went back after placing the bags in the car, the checkout person said she didn’t see the wallet. A man said he will check the video and will call back and I left my phone number. Called the store the same evening and left a message which was never returned The following day I called and asked for the manager and the manger asked me for the date and time which I gave to him from the checkout receipt. I was told the owner will be back at 4:30, he will check the video and will call me. Never got a call back. I called this morning and asked for the manager. I was hung up on. All I want is try to get my wallet back which is very sentimental. It is apparent that the management does not give a damn about its customers.”
