There was a small mix up with the cakes and another customer was accidentally given our cake today. However, while we waited for the customer to drop off our cake at the bakery, the women who stayed after closing today was very sweet and gave us coffee and scones to apologize for the mixup while we waited. That was very sweet and we really appreciate it! We will definitely be ordering again in the future!”

She got my bagel order wrong, toasted with cream cheese, I brought it back and she's insisting that she toasted it just not that much. It was a cold raw bagel. So then she says, I didn't know you wanted it toasted like burned. She makes my bagel but is now double toasting it. Please just admit you didn't toast it and say my apologies and move on. I didn't mind the mistake but the attitude was ridiculous. Sorry I hope you can hire a nicer person who is better at customer service. I am not a complainer but when I have to go through this to get a toasted bagel, I need to say something.”

The cupcakes were packaged for easy, yet sturdy transport and they looked as yummy as they tasted. The cake flavors were decadent and rich and the icing complemented the cake without overwhelming the overall flavor of the dessert (frosting can be overly sweet, but these struck such a nice balance). “This would be 5 stars as the food was amazing and everyone loved it, however I’m a little disappointed . I order from here all the time for parties and I just spent $700 for my last party. Normally bread and cheese for the pasta is provided, but when I called I was told because it was a La carte it needed to be purchased. I think if someone spends this amount at your establishment it wouldn’t hurt to throw in bread and cheese if a customer calls to request this. It can’t be hurting your bottom line, but it can hurt customer satisfaction as it wasn’t explicit and other orders I’ve catered come with it without asking.”

“Located in Richard Stockton service area station, this AA is efficient and fast. They have all kinds like pretzel, cinnamon bites, pretzel dog already made and stored in heated display. As customers order, they hand out the items and line moves along quickly. They have the lemonade station in the back too. We tried the pretzel dog and cinnamon bites. Both were excellent. Pretzel dog’s bread was soft and the sausage had the iconic AA taste.”
