The pastor conducted a mass and individually blessed each and every animal present. I was quite moved by the experience and happy that I attended. “I went yesterday to attempt to make a blood donation but unfortunately was unable to. My transportation was very late, at least an hour, and a woman named Pat, I don't know if she volunteers or works at the church or was part of the American Red Cross blood drive, she said that she and her husband would take me home, as it was on the way for them. She informed me that they were closing in half an hour, to give me a heads up. They also got pizza for the staff and offered me some. Like another person who posted -open, welcoming and supportive community.”
