They must be doing something right, and I figured I'd give them a try. The staff is very friendly without any pushiness. I love that they fit so much selection into the store, very efficient use of space and plenty of options to choose from... my kind of place. I happen to overhear a customer returning an item. Staff handled it with no hassle and it just reinforced that I was in the right place. Price was great, comparable if not better than online. So while I'll never love shopping as an activity, you can bet that the next time I'm in need of something I have to try on in person, I'm shopping at Bill's. Price, Selection and Service... can't beat it.”
