“Unfortunately my mother was in a bad accident Friday and her car was totaled and towed to this location. When I showed up after hours (well after) it was visible that I was upset. The lights were off but the guys were inside. Without hesitation they turned the lights on and explained very calmly what my next steps to see the vehicle would be. I called this morning to ask if (someone besides me) could come clean out the vehicle. He was so friendly and accommodating and knowledgably. Great place, highly recommended!!!!”
