“Arrived and had an issue with insurance in system. The receptionist was great and called insurance company right there and got everything figured out. She was polite and patient and very customer service friendly. Went back and was seen right away. The service before the doctors was extremely professional and polite and not once did I just feel like a number just a paying customer. I then was seen by Dr assistant and then Dr and both were GREAT! I will continue to come here and come back. The office is always clean. When I checked out very professional also and very nice. Since I have posted the above, my wife and I have chose to depart this establishment and switched to another eye care professional in the area.”

Right from the first phone call I made to learn about the process of hair replacement to THE BIG day when I made the transition to my new hair, the staff showed love, respect, compassion and empathy towards all questions I had and helped me calm down my nerves about the process. I worked closely with Danielle who held my hand through the process and ensured me she would take best possible care of me and she meant it! The day I saw my wig come in, I had tears of joy and we both hugged each other! I was blown away by the attention to detail that went into creating my new hair that perfectly matched my original hair color and texture and I would say was actually even nicer than my original! “I go in this store often. I recently moved to the area and was thrilled to know there was a DG close by. This store is always immaculate. The products are always faced and straightened and exactly where they should be. Today I bought balloons to celebrate my granddaughters birth. The manager took her time to make sure they were nice!
