Dr Ghattas is always taking his time and explain procedures in an understandable way for me as a patient. I'm also very happy that Dr Ghattas don't inject a joint just to inject to make money. He takes my cconcerns seriously and listen well. The follow up calls after a procedure by one of his staff members are always a pleasure and they forward any concerns I have to Dr Ghattas and get back to me in a timely manner. “went in today & was helped by an amazing employee, my son has PTSD from his prior haircuts due to accidents, I got recommended this place from a close friend, as I’m walking through the door 2 other kids are walking in as well. I automatically knew this is a place where kids are welcomed. this employee was nothing but patient with my son, she did not give an attitude or roll her eyes, she made him feel comfortable, safe & most importantly the energy felt welcoming. although the atmosphere was great my son was having trouble & continue screaming. This employee continued through the shouts and tears and did the best of her ability based on the picture I showed her. I will definitely be coming back here for future haircuts with my son!”

“Wooh... when I first started the journey of finding someone to tell me "girl you need to get yourself together" I wasn't really thrilled about it... so I brought myself and kids to this establishment and it was probably THE best choice for us If you want a doctor who is going to just give you fluff than this isn't the place for you... if you want a doctor who is going to get all up in your business and make sure they are clear on your health so that they can give you the best care...than definitely sign in and have a seat because someone will be with you in a few... My Insurance requires referrals like most and the ladies working this area including Ms. Joanne (super sweet) at the front are always on top of it...they don't miss a beat... I love how they make us feel cared for... I was sooo in between on if I should go there or not based on the internet reviews I saw ...and I am glad I just took the chance My kids and I have seen both Dr. Renee Hickman and Dr. Eddie Akrout and I appreciate the care they both provide especially during some of our rougher days Thank you to the whole team over there!”

She didn't make him feel stupid and actually gave them all a bucket of balls because they where completely booked. He ended up hitting balls and they all ate there. There food is great.
