“I had severe pain with my SI joint on my left side. At times, I was unable to bend down. Orthopedic physician ordered for me to get physical therapy. Most places I called couldn't see me for weeks, but when I called Keep Moving and spoke with Amrita (the therapist), she was able to see me the same day I called for evaluation and exercises. She noticed that my shoulders and hips weren't aligned properly, and after 3 weeks with her, it improved a lot (you can see in the video, the light shirt was when I started, the dark shirt was towards the middle of the therapy). Amrita is awesome and helped me get better and I'm very grateful for that. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs physical therapy as she definitely knows her profession.”

“If you know someone with an anaphylaxis milk allergy absolutely come here! If you want to know about our milk treatment experience read on. A friend of a friend recommended this practice and although I drive 1 hr 15 min every 2 weeks since my 14 yr daughter started with Dr. Ross in June 2023 it has been worth it and in 6 weeks will finish the treatment plan. Dr. Ross is awesome and my daughter loves seeing her. We also had to go to 2 other offices and seen 2 of the other doctors to accommodate our tight schedule to get her to appointments after school. All the staff have been great to us. Dr. Ross explained due to more recent research and protocals she could help to slowly build a tolerance to milk products called oral immunotherapy (OIT) . I had been to 3 other allergists since my daughter was born with no other options except to avoid cows milk products which was extremely limiting, difficult and altenative ingredients and prepared foods are expensive. My daughter is now drinking 1/3 cup of milk daily and within the next 6 weeks should be able to tolerate a 1 cup of milk. After that challenge is complete she will be able to eat anything with milk in it as long as she keeps drinking some milk to keep up her tolerance. This is a total life changing experience. Not only to taste so many things she never could before but also to feel safer when she is eating away from home. Dr. Ross explains the process for building up a tolerance and avoid any adverse reactions and carefully monitors each up dose so we spend about 45 minutes at each appointment. Its been a little of a learning process but we are beyond grateful and thrilled. On the other hand, my son has a tree nut allergy and also had a consult Dr. Ross last year. When she explained he would need to eat nuts everyday to keep up a tolerance he decided not to start OIT and just avoid tree nuts.”

“I have two kids, age 9 (girl) and 6 (boy). I can't stress enough how much they looked forward to going to Summer Camp at IMA Randolph. Their Summer Camp program was outstanding, the kids had a blast. The program consisted of a very well planned daily schedule: dance, cheer, sports, arts & crafts, field trips, Taekwondo, gymnastic, rock climbing, meditation and much more... I feel very comfortable entrusting my children to their staff they have created an extremely warm environment for students to learn and be creative. My son also takes Taekwondo classes and is always super excited to walk out the door to go attend his classes. We have observed how each of their students, including our children, have learned dedication, discipline, and respect as well as self-defense. My son has progressed in his martial arts skills, as well as becoming very confident in himself. Mr. Elshikh and the instructors know every student by name, and treat their clients like family. You can tell how much the instructors love working with the kids by looking at all the happy faces not to mention when it's time to go home your children tell you they aren't ready to leave. All the instructors are great role models for our children to follow. I typically hang out and stay to watch my son's class, which I love to see how focus he is and well-behaved. IMA of Randolph has a fantastic Taekwondo studio (great facility and location) lots of parking! And, the most passionate, encouraging, respectful, dedicated, caring masters! I'm more than thankful that my family found IMA and looking forward to a long lasting relationship.
