Both doctors and staff are always helpful, kind and have given top treatment and advice, and put my child and myself at ease. We've seen every doctor in the practice and we've been very happy with their "bedside manner" and expertise. I've never waited more than ten minutes, even when I called in "the day of" with a sick child. Pharmacy is contacted instantaneously (electronically I believe) so there is no lag time. When I was a new mom, Dr. Levy talked me off the ledge at all hours of the morning. He was always patient and kind, with a follow up call, directly from him, the next morning to see how both child and nervous mother made out. Referrals to specialists have been excellent. Doctors are always willing to take the time to discuss / explain any concerns or questions. Highly recommend.”
