“It’s an overdue review. I came across Hope by web search. When I walked in the first time, the environment made me feel comfortable at once. There are 2 single rooms, so privacy is well-protected. Dr. Zhao helped me with my anxiety symptoms and pelvic pain. Before going to Hope, I had been having menstrual pain and after-period pelvic pain for years. It was bad enough that it interfered with my quality of life. At the peak, I took around 10 Advil/Tylenol within a month, there were several days that I could not function because of the pain intensity. I visited two OB/GYNs – one dismissed my concern but referred me to a psychiatrist for anti-depressant medication, the other suggested birth control pills. I decided to give acupuncture a try. For almost a year, at each visit, Dr. Zhao took time to diagnose by listening to my conditions and examining my physical symptoms in her caring and attentive manner. She then adjusted her treatment methods accordingly. In addition to acupuncture, Dr. Zhao also shared with me tips for stress management and wisdom on parenting. I have stopped the treatments since last summer. Nowadays I only need up to 3 Advil during a month with pain in significantly reduced intensity. I am grateful for Dr. Zhao’s help.”

“I go to this club regularly. I am very pleased with the responsiveness of upper management. They resolved an issue I had with a past club manager. The clubs 24 hour schedule Monday through Thursday is much appreciated. I would like to see later hours on the weekends. The machinery is clean and adequate. I would like to see a stretching cage so I don’t have to use the machinery to stretch. Also, the temperature in the club should probably be a bit warmer to avoid injury during stretching and working out. The club is generally clean and pleasant however the shower area and shower curtains could be cleaner. Over all this club offers a great value to its members as a safe, pleasant environment to work out. Good job and thank you.”
