“Great vet! Really cares about the animals and provides excellent care. Only downside is I repeatedly wait over 30 minutes in the car before we can be seen, even when I arrive early for my appointment. This is very difficult with a small puppy. I understand things are hard with COVID procedures in place so this may not be the norm, but would love if we could have a “wait time” heads up or simply be told when to arrive for the appointment so we can be seen.”

“I had my baby at Medical City McKinney a week ago and I’m still so thankful for how amazing everyone on staff was! All of the doctors and nurses were very attentive to not just mine and my baby’s needs but were helpful about my husband’s needs as well! The lactation specialists were top notch in making sure my baby was able to breastfeed and were so patient with us. The food was much better than typical hospital food as well! Thank you to all Medical City staff!!”
