“Angel arrived on time and was courteous and respectful. He explained that wool carpeting had to be treated carefully and that the heat would have to be lowered so as not to ruin the carpet. The carpet was pretty clean to begin with; only a tiny spot here and there. Angel was not able to remove any of these spots, but, after drying, the carpets do look very clean and refreshed.”

“ADDENDUM 11/29/22: They now have a person who works overnight and cleans all the machines so they are in perfect, clean condition when you arrive in the early morning to do your laundry. I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. ADDENDUM 10/17/22: If you use Apple or Google pay on any of the vending machines you'll be in for a rude shock. While the vending machine will show $2.00 for the charge, $5.00 will be withdrawn from your account. Bad, very bad. Use cash to pay for vending machine purchases. The laundress who works there early in the morning uses too much detergent that the suds from her machines backs up into every other machine creating a very unsanitary mess. It leaves a lot of the machines unusable.”

When we brought up our specific concerns and what we wanted to be fixed (which was really tricky- I didn’t think they would be able to do it and was going to try and do it myself as a backup), they took it anyways and did a fantastic job altering it. Laundry carts and kiosk for detergent, softener etc. There's even a little sink to wash your hands. Dryers worked great, 18 min and my blanket and sheets were done. Stop by Chillers next door for a healthy shake or fruit bowl.”
