“Went for a name change due to marriage. Got there about 10am, there was 20-25 people in the room waiting. Security guard was very helpful and tells you how to check in. Was about a 45 minute wait, but was generally very pleasant. The person behind the desk who helped me was efficient and made things very easy. Got out of the building by about 11am. Keep in mind that depending on what you go for, you may wait longer or less (they call people based on the specialization of the person behind the desks not by who comes first). Overall satisfactory experience and much more pleasant than the DMV.”
