“I had severe pain with my SI joint on my left side. At times, I was unable to bend down. Orthopedic physician ordered for me to get physical therapy. Most places I called couldn't see me for weeks, but when I called Keep Moving and spoke with Amrita (the therapist), she was able to see me the same day I called for evaluation and exercises. She noticed that my shoulders and hips weren't aligned properly, and after 3 weeks with her, it improved a lot (you can see in the video, the light shirt was when I started, the dark shirt was towards the middle of the therapy). Amrita is awesome and helped me get better and I'm very grateful for that. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs physical therapy as she definitely knows her profession.”
