Everyone has a right to say what they want..but please try to show some compassion.. I'm am not apart of this company or have any affiliation with them..Im just a little voice that also works in healthcare.. COVID restrictions have raised havoc for everything and everyone.. Most of all in healthcare...Staff in healthcare are in the front lines with COVID right now and it's very hard..All the employee's at Omni Sleep are doing there very best during this pandimic..it's tough for us all and also them. Bless you all for all you do Omni Sleep!!

I am really surprised to read the negative reviews of OmniSleep. In all of my dealings with them, I have found them to be extremely accommodating and accessible. I have no trouble getting them on the phone, and they always call me back if I leave a message. And they are quite adept at giving help over the phone, so you don't have to make a trip in. In particular, I love Lance at the front desk; he is a ray of sunshine. And he always works hard to help you out. He is a delight to see and talk to; OmniSleep is so lucky to have him!
