“My 2001 F150 with 300k (not a typo) miles on the original transmission lost overdrive and then third gear leaving me only 2 forward gears. Knowing full well that it was rebuild or replacement time, I started looking for shops. Mike's was recommended by several people so I made an appointment and dropped it off. He confirmed the condition with no charge for the additional diagnosis / road test. 10 days later it was ready for pickup and he had a box full of all my burned up clutches, busted forward drum, and all the other 20 year old worn out stuff to show me. While showing me the pile of junk that came out of my 4R70W, he clearly explained what caused the failure(s) and provided a lot of information. He also replaced the flex plate for me, which I knew was bad, but forgot to mention to him and made recommendations for, and installed (with authorization), a few upgraded parts based on what I do with the truck. Mike never tried to sell me unnecessary items or services, was totally upfront, honest, and transparent about the entire process, and answered every single question I had. It's a shame I can only give 5 stars in this review because his shop definitely deserves more.”

While I have had the opportunity to meet with several providers, I have seen Weston Graff more than anybody else. He is very respectful and professional, always giving us his undivided attention. I’ve asked dozens of questions over the last few months and he has every single question, never making me feel dumb or like I should know the answer. The staff has gone out of their way to pull lab work/ summaries from other offices and the communication has been amazing. I really love visiting this office and I highly recommend it to anybody.”

“Well trouble is something that demands immediate attention and generates a lot of fear that it's going to cost a fortune; I have done business with Charlie's for years. We recently had a problem and Leonard came over on the same day I called, checked the tank and switches and concluded that there was a problem with the pump and he'd have to pull it up. His truck was here the next morning; they pulled the pump and found a bad check valve, but took the pump back to their shop for testing. At this point, a disreputable contractor could have said "Your pump is shot..." and I would not have know the difference. But Leonard came back with good news, replaced the defective check valve and gave me a bill that was really a pleasant surprise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone needing water well service or repair in Albuquerque, Corrales, Placitas, or anywhere else you can talk them into going!”

“I have several autoimmune issues that require regular visits to specialists. It is rare to find a doctor who listens as well as Dr. Peisajovich. He never talks down to me and ALWAYS takes whatever time is needed to answer my questions and make sure I feel comfortable with the plan of care. In addition, his support staff is one of the most organized I have ever seen. I never wait more than 10 minutes before being taken back to the exam room. I wish all doctors and staff showed the degree of kindness and professionalism I receive from this practice.”
