Absolutely beautiful products. Amazing customer care. Our sales person, Shane, listened to what we wanted and wasn't pushy at all. He showed us a few pieces and was very informative about every feature. We were able to make an affordable purchase and the process was smooth and not too time consuming. We appreciate all the help we received on our visit here.

Our sales rep greeted up promptly, she was personable, knowledgeable & let us browse in peace. Once we made our decision she completed the transaction quickly & sent us to the dock. The wait time to load the item was less than 10 minutes. My goal was to spend no more than hour shopping because we knew what we were looking for. Mission accomplished! Kudos to American Furniture for a job well done. 👍

3/23 Tom was the salesperson who assisted with our sales need. Our items haven't arrived yet, but his customer service experience was good. They do have a wide selection even in the backroom.
