She was never in the office, would never return my calls, when we did speak she made it clear that my business was not important to her, she was rude and just not pleasant to talk with. I was finally connected with a gentleman named Jeff when I walked into the office because I was frustrated waiting on that horrendous lady. Jeff was a delight to work with! He took the time to explain everything to us, answered all of our questions and we were happy to buy from him. We will recommend Maloy but only if they ask for Jeff! Stay clear of Joanne. Thanks Jeff and delivery guy!

(December 8, 2019, 8:22 pm)Special ordered a garage door to be placed in a used container; the pricing, installation quality and service were outstanding. It was everything I asked for and more. Placement of the container was especially difficult due to a small space and traffic considerations however, the delivery driver (Ryan) made it happen. I'll definitely make another purchase from Maloy.

The employees have open arms and welcome you like family, they show you what to do and what needs to be done instead of setting you into an environment with out a clue. Safety is always a concern and everybody has a great sense of humor. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to buy or work for a good company!
