(July 14, 2020, 8:57 am)I cannot say enough about the staff at the YMCA. They have taken my under their wings and worked with me until Covid 19. The group classes are great. There are classes to help you with the correct form to keep from injuring yourself and get the most of the work you are putting in. I miss the family that I formed at the Y. The members are friendly and inclusive.
