I had some horrible water spotting on an black car that I could not get out myself. I was worried my paint might be permanently damaged if I didn't get them taken care of by a professional asap. I found Grime2Shine online, made an appt online for a free consult, and brought my car over to Alfredo within a few days. He was super warm, polite, honest, etc. He gave me two options, one more aggressive than the other and we made a plan to proceed with the lesser aggressive option on a section of the car to see if it would take. To his word, Alfredo sent me photos and descriptions of how the first option as going. He gave realistic expectations, cost, and timelines and I trusted him to go ahead and proceed with the more aggressive option. My black paint came back to life and got the TLC it needed in general with a good polish, wax and sealant - not to mention the water spots are gone. I would never have been able to get the same result myself and the cost was affordable. I hope I never have this same issue but now I'll use Grime2Shine for a any car detail if I need it. Highly recommend.

Alfredo is MAGIC

When I get my cars back from him my husband and I cannot believe the level of detail that goes into his work. We are always so happy and excited to see how perfect our cars look.

We don't have the most expensive cars but we like taking care of them. We have a 1 year old little daughter that, just like any kid, likes to make a mess of the car. He gets all of her food stains and everything else out of our car and makes them look better than new.

If only he could take the miles off the cars as well so they could be completely new.

Let me start off by stating that he does usually one car a day and my wife and I will schedule out a couple weeks in advance - which only speaks to his work ethic. He is the complete family man as he works out of his garage to perfect your car and spend time with his beautiful family

You can tell just by talking to him that he loves his work.
I, myself, can spend 8 hours on my car and it comes out looking cleaner than it did. However, I am in no way a professional. I do not have the skills or ability to make my car look like Alfredo makes my car look.

Years ago I used to have the monthly subscription to mister car wash and would take my cars almost every other day to the car was on Eubank and Lomas - the Breaking Bad Car Wash. Then after that I took them to a different private detailer that would charge around $400 for a detailed job on my car and I thought he was doing pretty well. I would go to him about once every other month.

My wife thought that was too expensive... So after she looked around at different businesses in the greater ABQ area she stumbled upon this place in downtown ABQ pretty much right next to anodyne - the pool hall.

I brought my car there and he was trying to tell my wife all of this balogne about what he needed to do to clean my car - the total price was $695. I didn't let him touch my car and after a couple searches my wife finally found Alfredo.

The first experience was phenomenal. I was out of town on a business trip and my wife took the car over. Alfredo first let her know when to expect the car to be done and then he drove her back to our house in his car so she didn't have to get an uber/lyft.

He was punctual and after I got back and my wife literally wouldn't shut up about this guy I knew we had struck gold. His prices are more than reasonable and when I met him after he was washing our second car he was so excited to show us all the product he used on the car and how he did this and that and how gross the water was that he sucked out of the car after he steam cleaned the entire car.

I think his wife was probably wanting him to come inside but we stayed and talked to him for an hour or so after his detail job and I was so impressed.

We have 5 Golden Retrievers that we take with us everywhere - so when I say there is hair in the car... there is a ton of hair.

My man Alfredo didn't leave one hair. Well to be exactly correct - my wife and I got home and I jokingly saw one of her hairs on the seat and was like man Alfredo missed a spot. Literally one hair and it was my wifes. There was no hair from any of our dogs.

Now we have moved to Arizona and are planning a trip in mid August of this year with one of the stops hopefully being Alfredo's Grime2Shine home shop.

He is quite literally an artist and found his calling with cars. It is amazing what he can do. Our cars come out looking like we got them from the dealership and are driving them away for the first time.

I love this guy.

Not just best in ABQ but possibly best in the Southwest/Midwest.

The best detailing experience I’ve ever had. Alfredo is hands down the best to deal with. He puts so much effort into his work and what he does is worth every penny. I’ve dealt with a few auto detail companies and none compare to Alfredo and his work. Not only does he put out amazing work but he’s incredibly approachable and friendly. Any special requests I had he was able to accommodate for without hesitation. Great customer service and an amazing product is hard to come by but you won’t have a hard time finding it here with Grime 2 Shine. If you haven’t already done so go look at Alfredo’s Instagram for proof. The before and after pictures on some of these are amazing.
