The storage cabinet I ordered arrived with major damage which I have to believe was caused in transit. The driver however was fabulous. He helped me document the damage and carefully explained to me the process for returning the item and for seeking a refund or a re-order. I would hire him in a minute. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and appreciative of my thanks. What a gem!
