My father Frank was only in assisted living at The Montebello on Academy for six weeks before he passed away. While he was at The Montebello, he received great care. The staff was so caring and attentive to his needs and several of the care givers developed a meaningful relationship with him in a very short period. When the end was near my dad’s comfort was a priority for the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the transportation drivers were professional and genuinely concerned with my father and the care givers were amazing. My family and I feel blessed that we were able to have dad at The Montebello and that we were able to get to know such a wonderful and caring group of people.

I absolutely love my job and I am thankful every day that I was chosen to be a part of The Montebello team.

Over the last two years, I have had such amazing opportunities to learn and grow within the community. I get to go into work every day and have the most fun with our residents! Weather, it’s our special activity events, parties or chitchatting in the hallway we have an amazing time every time! It is my honor to be a part of our residents lives everyday❤️

I have lived at Montebello a little over a year. I enjoy living here and I felt that this was my home from day one. The various activities are great and there is always something to do. I especially enjoy the exercise classes. I find food choices to be good. Montebello is well managed and employees are the best. I'm happy that I chose to live here.

The Montebello on Academy is a class act. Competent, kind people. Exciting environment. Lots of amenities and great people to make sure you get to attend them. The food service is excellent. We have established a wonderful bond with Shavanna Aragon, Sales Director, who has seen us through thick and thin with placement for my mother in the wonderful Assisted Living portion of the Montebello. Although we would have like for our mother to be able to have enjoyed the wonderful, healthful and exciting life of the Independent Living side, the Assisted Living has proven to be caring, compassionate, understanding and helpful. We continue to have a great relationship with Mrs. Aragon who checks on people, is so organized and thoughtful in her approach to difficult situations. We appreciate her so much.

My Mother was in assisted living at Montebello for 2 months recovering from an injury. The staff there is fantastic! Each and every staff person was always pleasant and professional but most importantly they care about the residents. They all work really hard but always had time and patience. I visited my Mom many times while she was there and always felt like she was well attended to. Thanks to the great care, she is now back in independent living. Thank you!

Amber is always quick to respond any time I have a question or need something changed on my policy. Got great details on how my bill was changing after dropping and adding a new truck. The whole team is always great anytime I need something. Tom, Neil, Phillip, John, Kelli, Marnie, and Amber. You all rock!

Amber is the person I can depend on for making SURE my policy changes are 100% correct. She responds immediately with answers to any questions I have, she explains things clearly, and she’s always PLEASANT. Thank you Amber for doing what you do so well!!

This agency helped me with coverage on my condo policy, policy that I didn't even know I needed. I had a great experience with a roof claim, due to Amber helping through the entire process. She is great to work with.

To say the least, I have been in great hands with my insurance needs that have been exceptionally met on levels of saving money and any questions I have being answered or finding out answers I may need. Kelli has helped me on times where it was past business hours to get me back on the road. She takes her job serious and is very professional and kind person not making it feel like it's all about business like I am a human not just another policy.
