Those looking for a hotel that allows large pets, late night/last minute travelers, and those who sleep in will find the Crowne plaza does the trick. The rooms are spacious, water pressure fine, and pillows comfortable, even if it doesn't seem squeaky clean. There's no breakfast included but a restaurant on site has a small breakfast menu and will do room service. The location is easy to access from the highway and not the best but the large parking lot is patrolled by security. Gas stations within walking distance. Staff were pleasant and efficient.
Service was good. The lady at the front desk was nice. The location was great for our purposes (two trucks, two trailers). It's right off the freeway and has fantastic parking. We couldn't hear the freeway from our room. The other clientele were a bit extra. Several people were... um... of questionable integrity. We get into our room, the first thing i see is the dresser is pulled away from the wall (only one side, and an extra foot away, not just a little). So that made me nervous. Like, who cleaned this room? The toilet was broken. There were stains on the floor. Part of the ceiling was missing. Aside from all this, got a decent night's sleep and left at 6am after grabbing a coffee in the office. Would a gotten something to eat but no one wanted a gas station muffin. Probably wouldn't stay again, just because I prefer working amenities and a great breakfast (I'm a Best Western fan all the way).
Guy at front desk was so nice and helpful.
Breakfast was just regular muffins you can find at the store.
Rooms were nice and clean, doors are really loud when closing.
Pool was nice but the floors were really dirty.
Entrance walk ways and stairs were really dark, some better lighting would really make this place come alive and bring some comfort.
But honestly I had a really good stay definitely worth it I would come back again!
Robert is the general manager, very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the spacious room, a very comfortable king bed, fluffy pillows, and a nice hot shower. The room was quiet, clean and had a sitting area, sofa bed with coffee table. Our car was parked right outside and we were pleased to see night security patrolling the parking area. It was an excellent value, too, and we'll be back!
