The Mechanic is a Family owned and operated business by Chuck Lutheran and Sharon Lutheran who still come to work every single day! They have four sons and a unique understanding of family and Chuck is a MacGyver and a master basically when it comes to anything and will work with you. He's my Dad so I don't have to say this but he is truly a good man lol but I mean that with all my heart. He has kept me on the road for the last 20 years and he is understanding, open, knows peopl have budgets and is especially kind to new drivers who make mistakes, I should know I am one of those sons who has made many. My parents shop has done so well for so long and grown to what it is despite being surrounded (almost literally) by other mechanic shops and the new era because they are true to their word, they are dedicated working so hard daily, and treat the team like our family, really they are. My dad thinks of the Techs as sons and brothers or friends I think and same with my mom, my other brother who lives in town also helps out and is such a warm soul and hopefully will be there to greet you with a smile under his mask if he's in. They have been able to survive and on top of it, thrive because of this beautiful spirit honesty and family its not always easy to say the nicest things about lol jk but really they are so hands on and involved in every job and really everyone from the techs to the owners to everone in between you will be treated with respect, dignity, honesty, and care no matter who you are or if you are new comer or a long time client. I guess I am trying to say they are fair and honest right? My other two brother are both in California skateboarding and acting but still come to the mechanic when they are in town. I hope you have a beautiful experience, in fact I know you will. Best regards and blessings to all during this time ….. oh PS they have also made sure to adopt all CDC procedures and state policies making sure it is no contact service as required by the state but they do it while still making you feel at home. Cheers!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for my experience at The Mechanic. When I called The Mechanic, I spoke with a very helpful person named Chris. He listened to me, despite my incorrect terminology and answered my questions about pricing. I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived the next morning, David helped me figure out exactly what I needed to have done. Oil change, tire rotation/balance and trip check. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing; however, he didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions and voicing concerns. He took my number and said it would be a couple hours because they were busy. Sure enough, later on that afternoon, he called me with updates. He talked me through everything he found and what he would recommend for a vehicle with over 100,000 miles and for a long road trip. I had to call him back and ask him to repeat himself, which he did without any frustration. Overall, extremely happy with the customer service and the expertise at The Mechanic. It was an expensive day, but I am so happy that I went there for the work. I felt like I was treated with respect from beginning to end and I highly recommend others to take their vehicles to The Mechanic. Thank you.

I have taken my Jeep here three or so times over the past several years for minor maintenance and tune-ups, as well as a few more major repairs like fuel pump replacement and cooling system work. The job is always done quickly and professionally, and the prices are extremely reasonable! Some repairs actually cost less than half what other shops and dealerships wanted to charge. I have never had a single issue with any of the work performed on my vehicle here.

The Mechanic has helped keep my car ticking well beyond 100,000 miles with very economical repairs and for that I am extremely grateful! Many thanks to Chuck and all the technicians at The Mechanic!
