I once left something here and the sweet worker that was on the shift that day realized I had forgotten something, called me to let me me know I forgot to grab my thing and it was a huge relief for me. I think some people may be put off that it is a small dry cleaner. I think the service they provide is authentic and they the prices are fair. Plus they are quick which is a bonus! Definitely would recommend this place to others.

(January 28, 2019, 5:07 pm)Edit: The owner of Four Seasons personally called me to apologize for my experience. She also offered to credit my account to give Four Seasons another a shot, which I did. The service was excellent and my clothes were perfect. It’s great to see a business take mistakes as an opportunity to improve, and then act on making a change. I’ll be back.
Previous review:
I decided to give this place a try as a first time customer after receiving a coupon in the mail for 20% off. The order was done on time and the clothes were cleaned, but when I presented the coupon at pick up, Four Seasons said it would not honor the discount because the coupon wasn’t presented when I dropped the clothes off. The coupon does not require this and Four Seasons did not request that coupons be presented beforehand when I dropped my clothes off. I brought up this issue with them but was summarily dismissed and advised to bring in the coupon “next time” - which there will not be after this experience.
