MVD Express

We are new to ABQ and worked with Angelica at the Eubank/ Montgomery station on obtaining NM driver's licenses. She was genuinely friendly and extremely competent. It took some time to review and copy the required documents but the time went by quickly because of her calm demeanor and comfort with her job. I strongly recommend MVD Express and especially Angelica.

Appeared to be short staffed and slammed. I was never checked in and my name never showed up even tho I had an online appointment. However when I mentioned I didn’t notice my name despite the appointment they got to me right away and Shantel did a great job helping me with both my title and license. Not the normal DMV experience! worth the wait for quality service!

I was seen with Shantel at the MVD Express Eubank. Shantel assisted me in getting my driver's license renewed. She was courteous and professional with processing all needed paperwork. My appointment was quick and very pleasant experience.

Angelica was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Mostly, she was very personable. She took time to quickly acknowledge and communicate with other customers, while she was assisting me, which i didn’t mind and actually appreciated that about her

All the staff were super nice and friendly and Shantel who helped me with my renewal was not only super helpful but very understanding to my first experience at the MVD alone. Also shared good conversation in the moments where there was a chance to which made me feel a lot more comfortable
