Accent on Vision - Albuquerque

I was very pleased with every aspect of my eye appointment. The communication before and during my appointment was professional and friendly. I felt that they like what they do and are pleased to help their patients. The person who answered the phone and did the check-in was sweet and inviting, the assistant was kind and patient, and Dr. Pulis was amazing (she always has been). I also went ahead and chose my new glasses and was happy with the service I received. The tech was kind and helpful and understood when I was a little hesitant about how much it would cost. Accent on Vision does a great job of taking care of me and I know that my eyes and eye health are in great hands.

I was greeted by friendly staff at the parking lot. I was impressed in how they handled COVID precautions. They took my temperature prior to me entering the facility. I placed all the frames I tried on in a different tray to prevent contamination from the untouched frames. I was allowed to go outside and view the frames without my mask if I wanted to. The atmosphere of the facility was elegant, professional and friendly. I found the frames I wanted with the assistance of staff and had my questions answered. I was out in one hour. Best optical service ever!

I really enjoyed my visit! This is my first ever actual eye appointment I've ever had and every single person made me feel comfortable. I usually get anxious in for visits to Doctors, Dentists and so on but they made it very easy! I showed up at 8:25am and I was seen almost instantly, I didn't have to wait too long. To make it even better I got some really nice glasses that I am looking forward to! I really like this place and I hope every experience is like this always! 5 stars!

All eyes deserve care and thoroughness. Their care team knows the latest in achieving the best vision possible, and the latest styles on glasses and contact lenses. I have never left feeling confused with my eye health. 5 STARS all the way!

Great experience at Accent on Vision. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and get me into the right glasses. They have some really cool technology and a great selection of frames. This is the only place my family and I will go now.
