The first time he came out, it was to fix a leaky outdoor faucet; now it's been over a decade, and Dave has replaced all the pipes in my house, converted swamp cooler to centralized a/c, and replaced the hot water heater, among other things. His work is flawless, his prices more than fair, but most of all, his honesty and trustworthiness put him far above any other like-service in the area. Over the years, I've even had times when I've left a set of keys, he's repaired the problem while I wasn't home, left an invoice, then locked the house and replaced the keys (and never once let the cat escape.)
