After a family member suffered an injury, we were on a very steep learning curve and needed help. Pat accomplished more in 24 hours than we were able to over the previous three weeks.

If you’re reading my review, it’s probably because you have a loved one who needs support and extra care. It seems our “system” for seniors is lacking in so many ways. My father has Alzheimer’s. I live 3 states away and I’m unable to monitor his needs and ensure he is properly cared for. I’m so fortunate to have met Pat. She is our local Albuquerque Patient Care Advocate for people who share my challenge. She connected me with another Patient Care Advocate in the same town as my father. I credit Pat for guiding me in the process of finding help for me and father. She is an angel. With her understanding and guidance, I am now able to properly monitor and care for my father. I’m very grateful.

As a parent of two very young children and with full-time job, keeping track of my dad's day to day needs was next to impossible, but Pat took on the role and became my eyes and ears to maintain involvement in my dad's care. Pat was very patient and always speaking to my dad, rather than about him, when discussing his care in his presence. She was excellent with maintaining communication with me, and setting up care plan meetings with the staff and family. Pat will be a valuable addition to the care management and patient advocacy for any family in need of an extra pair of eyes and ears on their loved one!
